Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification with us. A counter-notification must include your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
Repeat Infringers
GoFireTV will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to terminate access to our service for any user who infringes or is believed to be infringing the copyrights of others.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
